Construction work at the Hilton continues

The controversy surrounding the Hilton continues: the delays in serving notice on the CMC and Encosta da Parede are difficult to explain, particularly given that the letters of service for the CMC and three of the other interested parties were issued on the same date (15 July). However, while three of them were sent out that same day, the CMC’s notice only moved forward yesterday, and Encosta da Parede would not even have been served at this stage had SOS Quinta dos Ingleses not filed a request in the proceedings.
