On November 6, 2021, SOS Quinta dos Ingleses Association (represented by its vice-president Manuel Valadas Preto and historian Filipa Candeias) was present at the 2021 Heritage Forum conference panel.
This year, the event "focused on heritage as part of the daily life of communities, in both urban and rural environments, and proposed a discussion on how we can preserve, activate and enjoy it in the present, highlighting its value for the future".
Our association took this opportunity to present the arguments for "Creating the largest maritime urban park in Carcavelos" (the name of our presentation) and thus open space for discussion on the sustainable future of the green area of Quinta dos Ingleses.
