New SOS Quinta dos Ingleses billboards

Over the past few months, we have conceived and developed two billboards to make our cause more visible. As your contribution was essential in making this initiative possible, we would like to invite you to see them in person. We hope you feel they represent you and the cause you have supported.

Below, we share the idea behind each billboard, together with its image.

BILLBOARD 1

Tired of those who replace trees with concrete and act as though it were a game with no consequences.Tired of seeing Cascais Municipality persist with a mistake that will compromise the lives of our grandchildren and future generations.Tired of so much arrogance and such unwillingness to acknowledge that the destruction of Quinta dos Ingleses is a mistake that will cost us all dearly, affecting the entire Carcavelos area and its surroundings.

There is still time, and we believe it is possible to have a Quinta for EVERYONE, because the cities of the future will be judged by the green spaces they saved!

Location: Avenida Marginal, near the junction with Estrada da Torre.

BILLBOARD 2We cannot destroy a long-established, naturalised 52-hectare area and replace it with an outdated urban development based on a vision rooted in the 1980s, as proposed by Alves Ribeiro and Cascais Municipality for Quinta dos Ingleses. Quinta dos Ingleses must be a climate refuge for everyone!
