SOSQI and Impactrip united in a European project against the overexploitation of the coastline

SOS Quinta dos Ingleses met with Impactrip as part of a European project analysing restrictions on beach access and the overexploitation of the coastline.

The project, supported by the European Union, aims to study landmark cases and their environmental impact. The outcome of this project will include recommendations for the preservation of these sensitive areas, which are under intense property development pressure, promoting changes to current practices and helping to ensure the continued enjoyment of beaches and green spaces by the sea, such as Quinta dos Ingleses, in Carcavelos.
