The population of Carcavelos expresses its revolt

This time, it is not the colours of nature that gladden our hearts, but rather the vibrant tones that appeared in mid-September on the hoardings that choke Quinta dos Ingleses along the seafront, expressing the revolt of the people.

Unfortunately, ballot papers cannot be coloured in, but it is up to each of us, on 12 October, with a single cross, to support this form of protest, which will soon be erased by Alves Ribeiro.
